Employee Badge Update!

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we welcome the new changes to our property and procedures. Mid-April will mark the beginning of our new employee badge system, so please begin bringing your badges to work with you every day. Although MGBW employees are already required to have their badges on them at all times, HR will begin enforcing the badge system beginning Monday, April 14. There will be a one (1) week grace period with no disciplinary action for not having your badge. After the grace period ends on April 21, employees reporting to work without their badge will be sent home. Continued policy violation will include additional disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

If you do not have your original badge, HR will reprint this for you. Production employees must use the provided safety-approved break-away lanyard if wearing badges around their neck. Please pick up your lanyard and any necessary badge reprints with Delia or Aurora in HR by Monday, April 14.
