Confidentiality Policy: The Privacy of MGBW & Customers Matter
Marine Group Boat Works is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ personal information, as well as our company’s sensitive data. All employees are required to adhere to the strictest standards of confidentiality and security.
As a reminder, please review the Employee Handbook section titled “Termination, Discipline, and Rules of Conduct” (page 28), specifically subsection II “Discipline and Rules of Conduct” which states:
“Each employee is responsible for safeguarding Confidential Information obtained during employment.
In the course of your work, you may have access to Confidential Information regarding the Company, its suppliers, its customers or perhaps even fellow employees.
It is your responsibility to in no way reveal or divulge any such information unless it is necessary for you to do so in the performance of your duties.”
It is our official policy that no recordings of any kind (audio, video, and photographs) may be made of customers, suppliers, or fellow employees, or of any property belonging to any of those individuals or entities without the expressed written consent of Marine Group Boat Works, LLC, which may be provided via email.
