We appreciate the patience you’ve shown as we move closer to completing construction of our new fenceline and gate entrances.  The next phase of construction requires us to close down the west section of the office parking lot (see red box on map below).

Beginning Monday, May 5th, the following will happen as a result:

• Yard Gate and West Office Gate will be permanently closed (see X’s on map below).
• All personnel, including customers, subs, suppliers and deliveries will access MGBW through the *NEW* Gate 1 main entrance (see yellow arrows on map).  Exception: Oversized Trucks will be redirected to Gate 2 east of Gate 1.
• Gate 1 will be manned by the Facilities and LP teams who will be checking employee badges everyday.
• Only vehicles with employees and customers identified in the map below will get access to office parking.
• Everyone else – please park in the gravel lot or Safe Harbor parking lot and shuttle.  You may call HR if you require a special pick up time outside the shuttle schedule – Delia Lozoya delia@marinegroupbw.com or call 619-427-6767 ext 120.

Note: CVPD has been recently seen patrolling streets and ticketing those illegally parked.  Keep in mind also, parking at Bayside Park is often used by families visiting the park and customers of CV Watersports, so please take them into consideration.

Once construction is fully complete in the middle of May, MGBW will have standard procedures for checking in every personnel.  We’ll share those procedures closer to that date. For now, please continue to carry your employee badges on you everyday.
