MGBW E-News Week of 9.08.25: New Fish in the Sea + New 401K Provider
| Meet Payroll Clerk, Priscilla Alarcon! |
Our Chula Vista office has a new addition to the HR team! Priscilla Alarcon will be working alongside Lizzy Morales as our Payroll Clerk under Delia Lozoya. She joins us from Shelter Cove Marina where she handled timesheets, rental applications, financial transactions, and contractor documentation. Priscilla also worked as a warranty clerk, hairstylist, clerical substitute, and clerical aid.
When she’s not on the clock, Priscilla spends her time on hobbies including jewelry making (Etsy Link), rollerblading, and geocaching. She loves live music and listens to a wide range of artists including Rufus Du Sol, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Iration, Brenton Wood, Kaskade, and The Cure. Priscilla also frequents Luigis and recommends the Crime Scene pizza. Please introduce yourself when you see her in the payroll office with Lizzy.

| 401K Update |
After reviewing our previous 401K plan, CEO Todd Roberts had decided to change providers to increase your benefits and reduce your fees. We will be transitioning to Principal Financial Services this fall, so keep an eye out for more information around October. We will also be bringing in our trusted financial advisor to assist you in the decision-making process and HR is always available to answer any general questions you may have.
