Employee Suggestion: Coveralls
Question: Can we wear short sleeve 100% cotton shirts instead of our coveralls? They are unbearably hot with increase in temperatures.
Answer: MGBW will search for short sleeve coveralls that are 100% cotton. Until then, please continue to wear your short sleeve coveralls that have been provided to you (unless you engage in welding which requires you to wear the 100% long sleeve coveralls that we provide). For hot days, stay hydrated, help yourself to the water stations and Gatorades that we hand out, and look for shade canopies to take cover on those extra hot days.
