MGBW Open Enrollment Begins NOW! And more E-news Week of 11.4.24

Open Enrollment Period is Nov 4 – Nov 15!

Lots of things are happening as we approach the end of the year, and Open Enrollment is a great kick off to it all. As expected, health benefits and insurance costs increased, but MGBW covered them all so you can keep the same low out-of-pocket costs for you and your family.

What You Need to Do
Everyone is required to sign into your Paylocity account to accept the benefits package being offered or confirm if you’d like to decline them. Even if you would like to keep the same plan, there are new providers explained in the next section that you’ll need to accept.

Changes in Benefits Explained
While our Sharp and SIMNSA health plans stay the same, the following are changes to the benefits we offer:

1. Dental: United Concordia is our new dental provider (Guardian Dental is out).
2. Legal Insurance: Pay a low fixed cost which goes toward lawyer fees that assist with traffic violations, estate planning, immigration needs, etc. ARAG is our new legal provider
3. Other Products: SunLife is our new provider (UNUM is out). Pay a low fixed cost to help cover loss wages for events such as:
1. Accident
2. Critical Illness
3. Hospital
